开门红

回(hui)首(shou)2018年(nian)(nian),新(xin)材料(liao)厂圆满完成(cheng)“大干一(yi)百天(tian)(tian)”、“质(zhi)量月(yue)活动”、“冲刺四(si)季度”各项(xiang)重点工(gong)作(zuo)任务。虽然2018年(nian)(nian)已(yi)经过去(qu),但“大干一(yi)百天(tian)(tian)”的精神将一(yi)直延续下(xia)去(qu),新(xin)材料(liao)厂在2019年(nian)(nian)首(shou)月(yue)首(shou)季双(shuang)开门红的工(gong)作(zuo)中继续发扬团结一(yi)致、不惧困难、敢拼(pin)实(shi)干的精神,上下(xia)一(yi)心,用好“十个(ge)(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)法”、改(gai)掉“四(si)个(ge)(ge)坏习惯”,落实(shi)“四(si)要”要求,确(que)保2019年(nian)(nian)双(shuang)开门红顺利实(shi)现!

目标为王 撸起袖子加油干

一月份新材料(liao)厂锌(xin)产(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)总产(chan)(chan)(chan)量计划(hua)8544t,实际完成9049.64t,超计划(hua)497.06t, 完成计划(hua)的105.92%。主(zhu)要技术经济指标良好,其中锌(xin)熔(rong)铸直收率比去年同期(qi)增(zeng)加2.30%,贵(gui)金(jin)(jin)属作(zuo)业(ye)区(qu)重点推(tui)进设备环(huan)保改造工作(zuo),黄金(jin)(jin)根(gen)据前期(qi)准备粗金(jin)(jin)粉量,组织浇铸、检斤,1月份产(chan)(chan)(chan)出5.6公斤。

为确保(bao)季(ji)(ji)度(du)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产目(mu)标顺(shun)利实(shi)现,各作(zuo)业区针对生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产任务制定保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)措施。锌(xin)(xin)产品作(zuo)业区根据产量计划及一季(ji)(ji)度(du)锌(xin)(xin)合金订单(dan)不均衡(heng)的(de)特点(dian),生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产组(zu)织(zhi)上优先(xian)安排生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产合金与(yu)锌(xin)(xin)粉(fen),抽(chou)调(diao)人员(yuan)组(zu)班生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产合金,增加(jia)合金产量满足市场需(xu)求。由于资源公司锌(xin)(xin)粉(fen)库(ku)存较(jiao)低(di),1月份锌(xin)(xin)粉(fen)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产线(xian)重点(dian)强化设备日常巡(xun)检(jian)工(gong)作(zuo),保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)锌(xin)(xin)粉(fen)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产正(zheng)常,提高锌(xin)(xin)粉(fen)库(ku)存,确保(bao)需(xu)求供应。极板(ban)作(zuo)业区因呼伦贝尔(er)新增了供货需(xu)求,为降低(di)业务外包人员(yuan)过节期(qi)间停工(gong)影响产品交货的(de)风(feng)险(xian),重点(dian)督促涂层制作(zuo)加(jia)快(kuai)进度(du)。  

各作业(ye)区的(de)工作安排谋划(hua)令人鼓舞(wu),新材料厂坚(jian)持生产(chan)目标(biao)为(wei)王,坚(jian)定不(bu)移把生产(chan)计划(hua)作为(wei)工作的(de)“牛鼻(bi)子”,无论(lun)碰到什么样的(de)情况、遇到什么样的(de)困(kun)难,都咬紧目标(biao)不(bu)放(fang)松,撸起袖子加油干(gan)。

强抓管理 扑下身子抓落实

为确保(bao)首(shou)季首(shou)月双开(kai)门红工(gong)(gong)(gong)作安排落到(dao)(dao)(dao)实处,提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)基本(ben)管理(li)(li)水平,新材料厂坚持问(wen)(wen)题导向(xiang)、需求导向(xiang)和目(mu)标导向(xiang),健全(quan)管理(li)(li)制度和督查考(kao)核制度,推行(xing)(xing)责任清单(dan)、问(wen)(wen)题清单(dan)、业绩清单(dan)的“三个清单(dan)”管理(li)(li)模式,积极运用 “加(jia)减乘除(chu)法(fa)”,做(zuo)(zuo)加(jia)法(fa),加(jia)快产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)业结构调整,全(quan)面推进(jin)安全(quan)环保(bao)设备升(sheng)级改造,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)贵金属喷(pen)淋(lin)洗涤塔安装调试;积极培育设备自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)化人才,实现(xian)对自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)扒渣机(ji)、自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)码(ma)垛机(ji)、AGV叉(cha)车运用、维(wei)护及(ji)基本(ben)故障处理(li)(li),确保(bao)压铸(zhu)2#全(quan)自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)线(xian)正常(chang)运行(xing)(xing);做(zuo)(zuo)减法(fa),压缩落后产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能,淘汰生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能力差的生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺;做(zuo)(zuo)乘法(fa),全(quan)面推进(jin)新产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)研发(fa),主动(dong)(dong)(dong)探索合金产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)精加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、深加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),提(ti)(ti)高产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)附(fu)加(jia)值,锌铜钛合金板工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺技术研究项目(mu)按计划稳(wen)步推进(jin);做(zuo)(zuo)除(chu)法(fa),提(ti)(ti)高劳动(dong)(dong)(dong)生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)率(lv)和资(zi)本(ben)回报率(lv),处置低效(xiao)无效(xiao)资(zi)产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)、盘活闲(xian)置设备设施,新材料厂利(li)用现(xian)场闲(xian)置设备进(jin)行(xing)(xing)升(sheng)级改造,节(jie)省成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)的同时(shi),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)进(jin)度得到(dao)(dao)(dao)大幅提(ti)(ti)高,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)对熔铸(zhu)3#45T工(gong)(gong)(gong)频感应电炉(lu)由(you)直线(xian)铸(zhu)锭到(dao)(dao)(dao)热镀合金的生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)改造。

通过优化管(guan)理模式,做好督促落(luo)实,从(cong)严(yan)从(cong)实执(zhi)行(xing)管(guan)理考核制(zhi)度,为确保双开门红(hong)顺利(li)实现打下坚实基(ji)础(chu)。

固牢意识 迈开大步争前列

为完成目标,抓好管(guan)理(li),全(quan)(quan)面落(luo)(luo)实好制(zhi)度,要求全(quan)(quan)厂职工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)牢(lao)固意(yi)识(shi),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)责任意(yi)识(shi),落(luo)(luo)实责任主体,明确岗位责任,层(ceng)层(ceng)分解责任,层(ceng)层(ceng)分担压力(li),形(xing)成环(huan)(huan)环(huan)(huan)相(xiang)扣、步(bu)步(bu)紧跟、层(ceng)层(ceng)落(luo)(luo)实的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作局面,说(shuo)做(zuo)(zuo)就做(zuo)(zuo),做(zuo)(zuo)就做(zuo)(zuo)好;二是(shi)(shi)安(an)全(quan)(quan)意(yi)识(shi),增强职工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)风(feng)险辨识(shi)能力(li)和风(feng)险应对(dui)能力(li),发(fa)现风(feng)险,预防风(feng)险,实现风(feng)险分级管(guan)控,对(dui)于(yu)发(fa)现安(an)全(quan)(quan)隐患并积极反应的(de)(de)行为进行奖励(li),安(an)全(quan)(quan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)政(zheng)策制(zhi)定和重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)信息发(fa)布前(qian)按(an)规定做(zuo)(zuo)好风(feng)险评估工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,一(yi)切工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作以安(an)全(quan)(quan)环(huan)(huan)保为前(qian)提(ti)进行开展(zhan);三是(shi)(shi)质(zhi)(zhi)量意(yi)识(shi),质(zhi)(zhi)量是(shi)(shi)生(sheng)产(chan)出来的(de)(de),不是(shi)(shi)检(jian)验出来的(de)(de),相(xiang)关工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作统筹考虑(lv),加(jia)强质(zhi)(zhi)量过程管(guan)控,开展(zhan)技能大(da)赛(sai),积极营造“比(bi)、赶、超”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作氛围(wei),实现精细化操作,提(ti)高产(chan)品质(zhi)(zhi)量;四是(shi)(shi)效率意(yi)识(shi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作任务部署后(hou),加(jia)强督促(cu)检(jian)查,抓好落(luo)(luo)实,创新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作方(fang)式(shi)方(fang)法,减(jian)少或整合(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作环(huan)(huan)节,对(dui)于(yu)急、重(zhong)(zhong)任务采取集中或现场办公(gong)方(fang)式(shi)提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作效率。
