Miner Encampment Site (Georgetown Nature Area): Vendor participation at this site requires period attire, product and services centric to the Gold Rush. Tents should be canvas or material centric. For Miner Encampment vendors without canvas tents please contact Judy Habig at judyhabig@gmail.com or call 530-333-0402 .

Non-Period Vendors Site (Georgetown Park): Quality crafted goods or services to be reviewed by the DGRD Committee. Vendors must furnish booth or pop-up shelter.

Set Up & Tear Down: 7am to 9:30am. All vehicles to be removed by 9:30am. Tear down begins at 5pm.


Vendor - Insurance / License Requirements: Please note organizers will NOT provide vendor insurance. Each vendor is responsible for obtaining their own insurance, as necessary. Each food vendor will be responsible for providing any and all food permit requirements per El Dorado County Environmental Health Department.

Indemnification:
Neither the DGRD organizers nor its volunteers shall be liable for any damage, loss, theft or injury to any vendor, their guests, their products or services at any time before, during or after this event. The Divide Gold Rush Days Committee reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item not in compliance with the DGRD policies set forth by the DGRD..
